  1. 1. Butter coffee to much fat
    2. Still doing net carbs
    3. To much dairy and nuts

    You’re welcome

  2. I'm not high fat and dont drink coffee why am i stalled? i didn't lose for 7 days then i lost 4 lbs in 6 days then gained another pound and still stuck at 160 for like 5 days now. I don't snack i drink a lot of water and minerals. i use an app that counts everything too. i dont eat dairy. I need to start a little tiny bit of nuts because i struggle to get 1k calories i eat meat and veggies. The app tells you how much you are eating of fat carbs and protein and tells you how much you need or if you went over.

  3. I think I'm going to just go back to moderation and count calories! This diet maybe not for me. I have been doing keto since April 18 and I have lost 8 pounds and I'm doing less food now and exercising more than I ever did on just counting calories. I'm very disappointed, I have a wedding to go to June 23 and wanted to lose atleast 15 pounds, at this rate that is not going to happen.

  4. I don't understand. Removing dairy and nuts "because they are addictive" is one of the three reasons I may be stuck not losing weight on keto? That makes no sense. Also, the "too much fat" reason is confusing as well. How much fat is too much? This video doesn't seem to help me at all.

  5. How many carbs should I truly be eating a day to lose weight? I don’t think I’m eat that much but what else am I doing wrong. I don’t snack and I do IF too. I’ve only lost 6 pounds and I keep on going up and down within those 6 pounds. I’ve been on the diet for 3 weeks. I’m so confused.

  6. Would be good to make advertisement for your book in the end of the video. We don't click for your book, we seek for informations. Really annoying

  7. Is half and half too much fat? I LOVE coffee and need the creamer and refuse to live life without it which is why I want to do Keto instead of intermittent fasting. I need to cut down on it but I want at LEAST 2 cups a day, 3 is even better ???? I’m just starting and can’t see myself eating a lot of fat, mostly veg. Thanks!
