  2. I will update everyone about my diet if anyone cares. I have done 1 day of fasting no cap it says I lost 1 and half kilo not sure if it’s 100% accurate so I will wait and see.

  3. Is this challenge starting any time soon again? India lacks the availability of bacon, good fish basically good meat liberally…whatever is available is too expensive if it can be subsituted with anything with the same nutrient value… would really help!!

  16. Hello. I’m in keto for 3 months now and would want to do IF. I tried preparing and eating the food Thomas listed here. Like for example, the meal #1 for non-fasting day, but I can’t consume them all. I’m not that hungry also to begin with. Question: Do I need to eat everything he listed or just choose from the given meal list? I feel that if I leave out any food, then I wouldn’t get the max benefits of alternate IF?

    Any thoughts, suggestions and help please?
