  1. My favorite salad is a greens salad with feta cheese, blueberries and cut strawberries. Top is with some balsamic dressing and its sooo good. I'm eating them now since it's strawberry season!!

  2. Here in Europe, we rarely buy salad dressing. It’s very easy to do, doesn’t take more than 2 minutes. Like this we can control the ingredients! No vanilla oil in sight!

  3. Everything sounds great. For dressing salad, forget commercially bottled stuff. Just use delicious healthy mix of raw organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and freshly squeezed lemon/lime. Along with walnuts, also add to the salad Macadamia, Pecans, Brazilian Nuts, Pistachios and peeled Almonds. Don't forget to toss in some seeds – chia, pumpkin, flax etc.

  4. I really got into the salad thing when I began adding two scoops of ice cream as dressing!

  5. Can you consume Coconut milk, peanut oil, Olive oil, sesame seed oil and what about soy sauce?

  7. Avocado mayonnaise, walnut oil ,raw pumpkin seeds ,wild caught salmon ,fresh parsley, mild Kimchi ,spices , cucumbers, pickles, red pepper, baby spring mix all organic.

  8. Love an avacados but they make my stomach upset, favorite meal, so i stopped adding walnuts & cranberries to them even plain avacados bother me, why ?????

  9. I have been diagnosed with very high cholesterol and high potassium, should I still eat foods like tomatoes and avocados?

  10. My question is, since I am on medication for hypothyroidism, Is it correct I can not consume Walnuts ?
