  1. That was very helpful. You are very easy to listen to without any hint of “preaching” & explain everything perfectly. Thankyou very much!

  2. Hi I just subscribed great info on your Channel and you articulate everything well I have a question we do low / no sugar keto diet and I'm always confused as to the yogurt aspect you just mentioned. I always buy full-fat to add to a protein smoothie once per day however I'm not sure if the amount of sugar is okay and that is my question? Sometimes I will buy a monk fruit sweetened version of only one brand I found so far to reduce the sugar content which is about 4 grams of sugar. Is the sugar in this particular dairy products okay on keto?

  3. Where's the cheese? Where's the butter and the bacon? BTW as of 2018 the AMA said that cholesterol is of no concern. So stop talking about cholesterol other than to say – "not important".

  4. I recently came back to Dr Becky's version of the high fat low carb eating for health and weight loss after following the whole food plant based diet vegan/nutritarian diet for several weeks (which includes high carb veggies and grains with little to no fat). I found I could not tolerate the high level of oxalates present in the array of vegetables and the recipes.Although the food was delicious I was exhausted all the time and it altered my T3 function and metabolism. Removing the high oxalate veggies left me with little selection for food to eat!! As soon as I returned to the consumption of eggs, occasional animal protein, and healthy high fats with low carbs my energy returned substantially back to normal. This was a powerful lesson for me to listen to my body and stop listening to the so called 'black and white' this is the best way to eat as nature intended, philosophy. I am glad it works for the people who have embraced the whole food plant based diet but it does not work for everybody. I would love to see a video addressing this very topic! However, I am beyond grateful for the wisdom of Dr Becky in not making me wrong for choosing high fat low carb way of eating. Thank you for your excellent educational videos and for straightening me out once again in my journey of eating healthy and for weight loss.

  5. Great video, thank you, one Avocado and two boiled eggs dipped in chia seeds is my late lunch, maybe I add some nuts. Very simple????

  6. How long can a larger size of opened yogurt be stored in a fridge? Or is it best to buy those in small cups for single consumption only and not have it exposed to possible contamination?

  7. I'm so glad I can eat tons of eggs! The only thing I dont like is an avocado..too ugly and mushy. I wish I liked them though..they are so good for you. Thanks again for all your videos!!????

  8. What if you do not like or are allergic to eggs seafood avocado and the other foods. Then what do you eat

  9. My local Walmart seems to only sell low fat or nonfat yogurt. Of course I live in an area that's behind the times on everything.
