  1. Did you fast at all during the 2nd transformation? Did you drink your bullet coffee in the morning or wait until later in the day? I've been a faster for almost 3 years, I only need to lose about another 15-20 pounds so, I've decided to do KETO to help me get back to my pre-menopausal weight of 145. I love KETO and find it very easy and satisfying but, I do want bullet coffee in the morning but, I'm not sure if that will mess up my fast (mostly eating a large dinner/mug cake at night). Wondering if you waited later in the day to eat or have bullet coffee. Thanks!

  5. I dont know how to message but I am 398lbs. 5 days ketosis. eating 20 net carbs a day and exercising 2x a week for like an hour and a half. I limit my calories too under 1200. I'm scared I'm over doing it like I will get ketoacidosis or get sick. Any thoughts ? Anyone? Congrats on your amazing journey and transformation.
