  1. I LOST 19LBS IN JUST ONE MONTH. I just followed diet and training plan from website called Agoge Diet.

  2. This is a great diet but it’s nowhere near enough calories for me at 5’10” and I also burn around 800 calories daily from swimming and going to the gym. I would have to probably double all of these portions to avoid my body eating itself. Even now, my meal plan looks like this:

    Breakfast: 5 whole eggs, 2 strips bacon, 1/4 cup cheese, sautéed spinach with butter

    Snack: handful of unflavored pork rinds

    Lunch: stir fried veggies (in butter and sesame oil), broccoli “rice”, 6 oz fatty chicken (such as chicken thighs/drums) baked in garlic butter

    Snack 2: another handful of pork rinds

    Dinner: Hamburg steak (basically just a hamburger patty made of 80/20 ground), garlic butter, stir fried veggies, whole avocado, broccoli or cauliflower “rice”.

    If it’s a workout day, I add in a keto protein shake. They make special powder that has a high amount of fats and slightly lower protein than standard whey (casein is the main ingredient in Keto protein powder versus whey in standard protein).

    Long story short, even after all of that, I lose too much weight since my BMR is ~ 2,100 calories + the ~800 from exercise. If you plan on doing keto long term, make sure you’re tracking caloric intake so you don’t go over or under your caloric deficit target. Eating too little can have a detrimental effect on energy and mental focus
