Have you heard that baked radishes taste like potatoes? I didn’t believe it either!!!
But guess what – you’re about to be amazed! These air fried radishes are a perfect Keto or Low Card side dish for any meal. Their texture and appearance are just like red potatoes… And the flavor is about as close as you can get!

1 lb of Radishes
Kinder’s Roasted Garlic Salt or any seasoning (we use this Kinder’s seasoning on just about every veggie and chicken breast!)
Other great seasoning options include thyme or rosemary.

Start by washing and quartering 1 lb of radishes. Toss them in a bowl with a Keto friendly oil and season them well!

Air Fry for 20 minutes at 400 Degrees or until desire crispiness.
We like to toss them about halfway through.
We use our Ninja Foodi as our air fryer.
If you’re looking or something a little smaller with just the air fry feature, the Dash Air Fryer works great! We have both!

The Keto Dad Tips and Tricks:

  • Oils – Avocado oil, butter, olive oil. Melt about 2 tablespoons of butter if you’re going that route.

  • I’ll often season them after I put them in the air fryer, shake them around bit and then season again.

  • The more layered/on top of each other they are, the more you can shake them to help them cook evenly

  • Prefer to bake them? No problem! Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, tossing halfway through.
