  2. I believe that I am benefiting hugely from being in ketosis. Fasting 24-36 hours after each meal. I eat 1 avocado, 1 salmon filet, some white onions & 6-8 free range eggs with mustard. I only drink Snake juice & distilled water. I've eaten 3 meals in 7 days. BTW, I suffer from Multiple Sclerosis.

  3. My hemoglobin a1c went from 8.5 to 5.9 in 6 months…. Does mean I cured my diabetes ? I did keto and Intermittent fasting, with high intensity sprints in morning on empty stomach…

  4. Thank you so much for posting this video! They had a long list of doctors, scientists, biochemists, and athletes who were speakers at the Keto Summit discussing the benefits of a keto diet. Jimmy Moore, the author of Keto Clarity was also one of the speakers as well as Dominic D'Augostino. Dr. Jason Fung who works primarily with Type II Diabetics is an advocate of keto dieting. Keep spreading the good word!
