– When made into 9 serves as per the video these fat bombs have 176 calories, 2g carbs, 2g protein, and 18 grams of fat. ”

– But” we normally make them in 18 serves (bite-sized) in smaller “mini” cupcake liners, (which are better in our opinion) like our recipe card here: where the macros are. 88 calories, 1g carbs, 1g protein, and 9 grams of fat.

– Its the exact same recipe just separated into twice as many smaller serves.

  2. Very easy and simple fat bomb recipe. Whip 1 more cup of heavy cream, then the mixture can be used to frost cupcakes and cake.????

  3. Finally! I do NOT like butter, ghee or coconut oil. Making these tomorrow. Gonna add strawberries maybe and perhaps a sugar free candied nut crust.
