Similar to keto no bake cheesecake, this keto cream cheese dessert is a tasty way to cool off and curb a sweet tooth. Serve with fruit skewers or stuff into ripe strawberries for a healthier real food summer snack!
What is keto cheesecake fluff?
This cheesecake fluff is similar to a no bake chocolate cheesecake without a crust. Softened cream cheese is whipped with a few ingredients until thick but fluffy. It’s really simple to make and a hit with people of all ages!
What does this cheesecake dip taste like?
A chocolate peanut butter cup! No, really, it does! You’ll notice a hint of tang from the cream cheese, rich chocolate from the cocoa powder, and a velvety flavor of natural peanut butter. Together, this cheesecake dip is rich, smooth, and decadent!
What can you eat with this cheesecake dip?
There are several ways to enjoy your cheesecake dip. Here are a few of our favorites:
- Fruit kebobs– let your kids have fun skewering their favorite fruits to make kebobs. This is also great practice for toddlers and their fine motor skills!
- Celery sticks– crunchy celery makes a great vehicle for this healthy fruit dip because of it’s mild taste.
- Apple slices– Granny Smith are our favorite!
- Strawberries– hollow out a large strawberry and fill it with some of the fruit dip.
- Animal crackers, graham crackers, pretzel sticks, etc.- this is a great option for younger kids!
Can this dip be made into a no-bake cheesecake?
Absolutely! You can borrow the crust recipe from my easy no-bake cheesecake, my strawberry cheesecake, or this turtle pecan cheesecake. You could also use the crust in my strawberry pretzel salad! Just follow the directions on those recipe cards.
Can this fruit dip be made ahead of time?
As with many keto cream cheese desserts, it will get hard upon refrigeration. If you’re making this ahead of time, or wanting to enjoy leftovers, it is best to let this fruit dip sit out at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
Substitutions for this keto cream cheese dessert
- Peanut butter– I used natural no-sugar added peanut butter for this recipe. Regular peanut butter may be subbed for almond butter, other nut butters, or omitted altogether.
- Cocoa powder– I do not recommend omitting this ingredient if you’re wanting a “plain” cheesecake flavor. Instead, I recommend trying this recipe instead.
- Sweetener– powdered sweetener is going to work best to eliminate any grainy textures. I prefer to use organic powdered sweeteners to reduce my consumption of pesticides and toxins. Depending on your dietary needs, monk fruit, allulose, powdered sugar, or stevia may be used.

I am an ardent supporter of getting kids in the kitchen early. Kids love to eat but they don’t always want to try new things. Getting them involved in the production of food is a great avenue for them to taste new creations.

This recipe is a great way to introduce your kids to the following principals:
- Measuring– brings math to life by practicing fractions, counting, and measuring.
- Seasons– discuss how fruits like watermelon, strawberries, etc. are seasonal fruits. Discuss how each season’s bounty varies and how God’s design for nature can flow into our meals.
- Nutrition– discuss how this is a treat but how the individual ingredients can be beneficial to our bodies.
- Fruits of the spirit– as your kids skewer their favorite fruits onto bamboo sticks, have them assign one fruit to each of the fruits of the spirit. Discuss what each one means. (Galatians 5:22)
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered monk fruit
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- In a bowl, use a handmixer to whip the cream cheese until fluffy.
- Add the powdered monkfruit and cocoa powder and whip until well incorporated.
- Add the peanut butter and vanilla extract and mix until incorporated.
- Transfer the dip to a bowl and serve with fruit, pretzels, or animal crackers.
- Refrigerate covered up to 1 week.
Let the cheesecake fluff come to room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
