  3. Whey 20 gms
  4. Vanilla Essence – Few Drops
  5. Gelatin 10 gms
  6. Stevia


  1. Melt the gelatin in hot water.
  2. Once it cools down, blend it with all the ingredients and pour it into small cups.
  3. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  4. Serve chilled.
