2 eggs
3/4 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons coconut flour
1 tablespoon tapioca starch or arrowroot powder, corn starch etc. *
1/8 teaspoon salt

  1. I've tried it, added 1 Tbsp of psyllium husks powder instead of tapioca starch and it didn't come out good. Made more modifications, as it was too thick, anyway giving up on this recipe as found another one just perfect, made today and it's flawless 2 ingredients coconut tortilhas.

  2. You have an audio problem. Your mic seems to be picking up extraneous noise, which makes it sound as though you were talking under water. I wasn't able to understand a lot of what you said.

  3. I made it and though it was eatable definitely eggy. I would rather put milk instead of water and no coconut oil.

  4. I tried this recipe was really excited. But its too eggy. Its like eating an omelete. I dont say it tastes bad but its far away from tasting like crèpes.
