  1. "If you prove yourself wrong, that's how medical advances are made." This applies to all sciences. Unfortunately, we live in an age when questioning a self-proclaimed scientist (especially one holding a political office) is heresy.

  2. When I tell doctors about about Intermittent Fasting and Keto they say WHY?. Than I realize they don't know jack

  3. Thanks for your work and time. How do you escape the veggie carb trap, it is easy to hit the 50 grams of carbs by only eating a lot of vegetables, moreso nuts and seeds. Is fiber the same as other forms of carbs? Are animal products+olive&coconut oil with the occasional lemon, veggie, nut the only way to sustain this? How about the natural sugar in milk?

  5. This is why I love the new testament and the way it disguised truth for the lazy mind. I am so crossed with a generation that will lie to their own children constantly, day in day out

  6. It is not starvation when you stay in the showers or bath full of cold water for 10% of 12 hours. Our fathers and mothers who we trusted have left us obese and sick because of the lies and fake love they share, especially when stress hormone is at its peak early in the morning and mid-afternoon when we are supposed to be humbling ourselves. I am. Unfortunate, I only want to watch the lies, like the liar's videos and only directly tell friends close to me about the truth about their strengths and lies autophagy and stress hormones apply, respectively. If you know how to starve your enemy of excellent information, data or good deeds, how do you think you will survive what your stress hormone has in store for you.
Personally, I won't feed cortisol and his dangerous gang of lying receptors that make my fellow human being suffer, later on, starving me of the happiness I would have had in the evening either in the pitch or at the fields sharing some great times. Autophay is not asking for your vitamins or carbohydrates, proteins or woods you call leafy greens; all life wants you to do is seek the face of the cold water in the morning and night till you have the courage to do it without season and in season. Europeans and some parts of the world I wont mention do not know they are already in heaven. They keep building the wrong things and while the real life is out there. The weather guys know when it will reiign or not but they lack the will power to do the right thing about being righteous (rightful). You "hypocrites".

  7. hopefully I can convince you to look back into that we need plant in the diet for nutrients claim. we do not need plants in the diet at any time for any reason ever. meat and organ meat are nutritionally complete. Bart kay extras why that is and Pauls Mason explain why fiber doesn't belong in the diet either .

  8. I am 71 years old, just started 18/6 in mid-February, cut out sugar and very limited carbo intake. I am an avid cyclist doing about 50 miles twice a week, additionally I do rowing machine and stationary bike on the days I am not cycling outside. My weight dropped unintentionally from 162 lbs to 150, I am still cycling with the same routine. Here’s the thing, during the days I go cycling without stopping for lunch I don’t feel hungry, instead I feel a continuous supply of energy from within. What a great discovery of ketone power and intermittent fasting!

  9. I started the Keto Diet today. I have an alcoholic fatty liver. Apparently it’s only beneficial for a non alcoholic fatty liver. Is this true? Thanks

  10. Explain this! I was doing modified keto and recently started adding intermittent fasting. My labs just showed that my potassium and sodium are now slightly HIGH, not LOW. All the videos on YouTube make it sound like keto and fasting are completely healthy, but they obviously aren’t when they throw your electrolytes out of balance. ????

  11. If Keto isn't always 'safe' then what exactly is the 'safer' alternative?

  12. Why is this video just now appearing in my feed when I've been exploring Keto for 2 years???? Have his videos been suppressed? He's very impressive and speaks in a way I can understand.

  13. 4 month ago i start doing a diet and today i learn that im doing the perfect keto diet since day one. I didnt even know the word Ketosis.
I lost about 25 kg i doubled or trippled my fittneslevel i feel healthier than ever befor in my life and all that by drasticly reducing my carb and suger intake and eating one meal every day.
And the best thing is that i havent felt hungry for weeks to the point that i even have forgotten to eat the whole day.

Ask me anything if you wanna know about my diet or anything else.
