  1. Hi G… 3 weeks ago i started low carb eating after a dr visit showed a massive covid weight gain of 35 pounds . UGH.
    This really works I ive lost 12 pounds.
    I didnt know there was keto cereal and bread. For me, its just easier to not eat that type of food at all.

    I do allow one day a week,,usually Friday,where i have a roast beef sandwich and some sushi ( it has rice) because they are on sale at my local Safeway.

    I eat tons of salad and cabbage slaw .Plus LOTS of veggies. That helps keep the body functions "going"

    If i might offer a suggestion , make note of your potassium intake. That helps with regularity too.

    I LOVE the swim suit that your wore. Its very attractive and perfect for your shape. You look hot and pretty.

  6. You are a great cook, and make the Keto diet look so tasty and filling. I'm on my second week of Keto and have come up with some nice recipes, but will be adding a few of yours to my menu. Reverse searing, I will be trying out this technique out surf and turf tonight; tell me more about hemp hearts.
    Are you also adding a little cardio and weightlifting to your your Keto lifestyle?
