With no eggs and no yeast requirement, I can bake this bread anytime in my free mood. You are also welcome to relish this delicious gluten-free bread recipe. Enjoy!!!

Preparation time: 10 mins

Baking time: 40 mins
Resting time: 8-10 hours

Ingredients Sorghum Flour/Jowari atta 300g Salt 1/2 tsp Baking powder 1 tsp Eno fruit salt 2 tsp Milk 1 cup Curd 1 cup


  • Preheat the oven to 200c
  • In a big mixing bowl add in all the ingredients and give a magic mix.
  • Grease a baking bread tin, put a parchment sheet which is optional.
  • Drop the batter.
  • Bake at 2000c for 40-45 mins.
  • Take it out and let it rest for at least 8 hours.
  • Slice & enjoy!!!
