Healthy can never be boring if one tries to incorporate good balance in taste, look, and variety. Enjoy!!!

Preparation time: 15 mins
Baking time: 20-25 mins


Sorghum/jowari flour 1 cup

Salt 1 tspBaking powder 1 tspBaking soda 1/2 tspRed chili flakes 1 tspMixed herbs 1 tspCapsicum 1 mediumOnion small 1Mushrooms 50gTomato 1 mediumParsley 1/4 cupoil 1/4 cupcurd 1/2 cupWater1/2 cup as required

Topping Black sesame seeds 1 tspWhite sesame seeds 1 tsp


  • In a mixing bowl, add all the dry ingredients first and give a magic mix.
  • Then add in the chopped veggies together with the wet ingredients and mix it up while adding water to adjust the required consistency, which is like a soft dough.
  • Now, take a baking muffin pan and grease it with oil 
  • Add scoops of the batter into the mold.
  • Sprinkle some black & white sesame seeds.
  • Bake at 190c for 20-25 mins.
  • Take it out.
  • Do the toothpick teat  
  • If it’s clear, it’s done, or else bakes for 5 mins more.
  • Let it rest.
  • Take out the muffins from the mold and enjoy.
