  1. I’m 12 currently weighing 170 pounds. I got told at school today that I’m someone that lays in bed and watches my phone all day. I’m not doing this to prove it to a person but I’m doing this for myself

  2. You should tackle hair care as well! Not being negative, I can just tell you really want to better yourself and your hair seems dry or like you use a lot of heat. Love you Queen!

  3. Stomach vacuums no workouts if you do workout you should do this after workouts everyday if not do it every morning 3 to 5 times

  4. I do want to slim down my waist and legs but the problem with my legs is that they also have very big muscles which I don't know how to get rid of. Any ideas anyone?

    And these are my measurements:
    Weight: 70 kg
    Hips: 102 cm
    Thighs: 62 cm
    Tummy: 76 cm (89)
    Arms: 30 cm

  7. I have a question. Does this tone your stomach, but doesn't reduce your breast size. I love my breast but the stomach has to go and I hate when I lose too much weight and they start to look small
