  3. I have done a mix of keto and dirty keto diet for 2 months where I cut off almost all carbs, by doing this I was able to lose 10kg

I had a HEART ATTACK in my 6th year while being "Vegan", Not only did I cure myself of heart disease on the Keto diet but I also cured myself of diabetes, and lost 80 lbs over the course of 1 year. There is so much more to this way of life than you would think. That's why we are vlogging our experience (my wife and I).

    Um, why the heck is wild caught fish better than whatever he are comparing it to? do preservatives somehow effect the carb to protein to fat ratio?
    What the heck is the difference between wild caught fish vs store bought fish and why is it so critical to doing keto right? Maybe people who want to start keto cannot afford the price of organic wild caught fresh fed chakra approved upside down and inside out ways of buying food??? And what if a person is allergic to fish (wild caught or store bought).
    Ps,. Who the eff has the got damn time to go fishing for wild caught fish or who the eff is moronic enough to pay 85% higher or can afford for store bought wild fish vs the stuff we have been buying for the last 50+- years.
    Pss. He is not even a medical doctor[MD] (no he did not take the Hippocratic Oath), he did not go to medical school and is giving neither written nor verbal information based on evidenced based medicine or even providing the references on where he is basing his information on, please research any info before implementing!!!

  8. I do vegetarian keto which I think is the healthy way. Basically I aim for 80% carbs and eat pasta every day and I make a low fat vegetable soup with a little bit of sunflower oil. But for the fat I take peanut butter as well as cashew oats smoothies with dates as a natural sweetener. I also eat dark chocolate like Dr. Axe mentioned. Low glycemic sauteed veggies like okra and eggplant are staples in my diet which I add to the soup that I eat for lunch. Lost 70 pounds so far.

  9. No cheese at all??? or in moderation? I struggle to make my macros without at least a couple ounces a day.

  10. "The real keto diet the right way." You had to know that these people would show up. They always do. Now that I've lost 60lbs. and kept it off for for almost five years. Now that my blood work and all my numbers are that of a 30 year old in great shape (I'm 72). These dummies want me to change my process.

    Dr. Berg, KetoConnect, DietDoctor, Dr. Boz, Dr. Baker, Dr. Ekberg and too many to list here, that I've used, watched and followed, will always be my guiding stars. They forged the way for me and others.

    To many of those who are now touting keto were adversaries just a few years ago. I appreciate that they've come around, but don't try to sell me on "the real keto diet done the right way."

  11. Boy we humans really know how to mess up a good thing. The doctor who invented this in 1918 would be ashamed at what we're now calling "keto" today.
