These cheesecake fat bombs are super delicious. In this recipe, I’ll show you how to create a fat bomb that is actually enjoyable to eat and doesn’t just taste like coconut or butter. I devoured the whole batch within a week, so I’m guessing that’s a good sign!

For beginners who are looking to start the ketogenic diet, it can be helpful to have keto fat bombs in the freezer ready to go as a way to increase fats in your diet.

The reason why fat bombs are helpful is that they are generally sweet tasting treats, so you are combining a dessert with an easy way to consume extra fat, especially for those who are not used to adding extra fat to their diets.

As you become more advanced into a ketogenic diet, fat bombs don’t play as much of an important role, but for beginners, they are certainly very helpful to bridge the gap between a standard diet and a ketogenic diet.

  1. These are SO GOOD. I had my doubts, for sure, but they're amazing. I used a tsp of banana extract in addition to the vanilla, and unrefined coconut oil. I don't own a silicone mold, so I used a metal mini muffin pan, and then just put it on a cookie sheet with hot water to melt them just enough to pop out. Sooooooo good!!! Surprisingly, that chocolate topping really makes these next level!

  2. OMG…. I made these with a little tweaking and they are THE BOMB !!! ????. I divided your recipe in half. Used a piping bag to put the vanilla mixture in first. Filled 1/3 of the mould. With the remaining mixture I added 1/4 cup of chopped mixed berries. Again, used a piping bag to put this mixture on top of the vanilla mix. Placed in fridge while making the chocolate mixture. Topped with your chocolate mixture (I added a dash of vanilla extract) then put back in fridge to set for 4hrs …… god damn delicious! ????????. THANK YOU ☺️

  3. I started Keto a few days ago, your content, on your channel is a big part of my transformation plan… I tried the cinnamon rolls, it was not my taste, but anyway, it was fun to do them! and you provide so many more here, so I subscribed and keep watching your videos! thx for sharing! greetings from Germany!

  4. I'm not really a fan of coconut oil, can I substitute that for cocoa butter?
Especially for the topping, that would basically make a real chocolate topping. 😀

  5. use goat cream cheese. its still dairy but the proteins are much smaller so the allergic affects are far less compared to cow.

  6. Thanks Aaron sir. U have a magic in your hand. Would love to learn under u. I just admire ????????

  7. Thank you so much for your creative Keto fatbombs, I love the two colors presentation. I am a food lover n sweet tooth. I would try!

  8. For Dairy Free Fatbombs. Don't make them cheesecake versions. This is more of a cheesecake creamy one. But the top layer (chocolate) is dairy free and that is considered a Fatbomb as well. So do that for the entire bomb. It will be more of a crunch entire bomb. And instead of cocoa you can do any flavor. Like he said when he said to do fruit cheescakes. You can do Fruit Fatbombs as well which will be crunch entirely but they would be fatbombs.

  9. In the freezer now…. licked the left over cream cheese mix ( used some liquid sweetener from Sukrin… like a brown caramel) yum!
