Want to know how to start the Keto Diet? I’ve been doing the Keto Diet for awhile now and wanted to share my Ultimate Beginner’s Guide to Keto, how to start the Keto Diet and what to expect when you start the Ketogenic Diet! There are a lot of things I wish I would have known before I started the Ketogenic Diet, what foods to eat on the keto diet and how to get out of a Keto Diet Plateau. So I’ve put all of that in this one video for you guys to help you know how to start the Keto Diet–but more importantly, how to be SUCCESSFUL on the Ketogenic Diet!

I lost 9 pounds in the first 7 days of doing the Keto Diet! And even when weight loss on keto has been slower, or I’ve hit a Keto Plateau, I’ve still felt amazing eating a low-carb, high-fat diet. So I hope my Keto Tips for Success help you in this video!

  5. I’m interested in low carb because I find that lately I have wild blood sugar swings. But my way of doing it is lots and lots of vegetables. Mainly vegan. I don’t like meat very much. Tofu. And some fruit, mainly berries. And olive oil. So potassium and fiber isn’t an issue for me. Not sure how she did Keto.

  9. I love keto. I want to be keto again. I will. I kept falling off the wagon because I would give into temptations during family gatherings and at work my sister loves to shove things in my face even though she knows I’m trying to not eat that shit. She goes “mmmm this is so good. I love carbs.” Then one time an employee bought donuts and she goes and grabs my favorite one, butter cream filled donuts with chocolate frosting on top and she goes “I got your favorite one”

    Such a supportive family I have….????

    But I live on my own now but still work with that sister but she is leaving soon to a new job so I will be free finally. I need self control I know but you also need supportive people around you, which I don’t have. Keto is amazing though. I love it so much. Can’t wait to get my results back.

  12. If you want to lose fat, it is best to search Okibetonic Secrets on google. They will make it easier to get the body you need.

  13. Has anyone used the Okibetonic Secrets to lost crazy amounts of fat? Just do a search engine search. On there you'll find a great guidelines about how you can lost tons of fat. Why not give it a chance? perhaps it can work for you too.

  15. It was not that hard for us to start keto. We started Keto after being Vegan for 6 years… The main reason why we changed over was the health benefits. I had a heart attack at year 6 of a vegan diet, and I was able to cure my heart and vessels, and arteries changing over to the keto diet.

  16. Did I really just hear her say that muscle weighs more than fat? I’m pretty sure she didn’t mean that, because a pound of fat weighs the same as a pound of muscle one is just less dense than the other.
