  1. TOO MUCH PROTEIN. PROTEIN INCREASES INSULIN LEVEL AS WELL AS CARBOHYDRATES. IT OBSTRUCTS TO KEEP KETOSIS

  2. I hope you fixed it but you def aren’t getting enough calories unless your serious cutting?

  3. I do OMAD keto vegetarian ???? and eventually you get used to one meal a day…. but eventually you happy with smaller meals

  4. Three weeks in and my body is changing!

    I had to eat one meal….not all of my usual calories…because I was feeling way too uncomfortable.

    I started drinking a bunch of nutrient dense teas to get my minerals! And I feel more content. For the most part!

    But I do feel weak when I do simple stuff like dig holes in the garden for my trees!

  5. Why are people complaining about his protein portions? I just calculated and he's getting ~180 lbs of protein in. That what he's supposed to as he's a bodybuilder. Also, you can't see what kind of fats he's added in the form of oils.
