  1. this was awhile ago but girlll ceasar salad? I get burgers no bun, any meat with veggies, wings etc. going out on keto does not have to be torture.

Im on the end of day 4.. my body is so in ketosis to the point where im feeling nauseous just thinking about food (it's not good in the long run but i understood from google that it goes a way after a while. Today i ate one egg with white cheese. 3 strawberiees and one mozzarella cheese. No dinner at all. Feel great

  7. I just started keto today! I’m honestly shocked at how i don’t feel a huge urge to eat everything in the pantry. I always tend to binge eat especially with carbs but I’m so surprised about today. Let’s see how tomorrow goes!!

  8. I’m 14 5’7 and 150lbs I am kinda strong so it’s not just all fat but I’ve been going to the gym everyday for about 2 months now and haven’t really seen much of a difference and thinking abt trying this

  9. I'm a male (6'2, gone from nearly 14st down to 12st) this diet does work, especially when paired with HIIT/resistance training or calisthenics. To avoid keto flu, if your get headaches and muscle aches after 2 days or so, put a pinch of pink Himalayan salt in your mouth and swallow some water. That's what causes keto flu, your water stored with glycogen gets flushed out along with electrolytes, one being sodium.

  10. I lost 42 lbs in 11 weeks doing keto. People that haven't seen me in a while don't recognize me and assume I got sick (that's annoying). My friends and family made fun of my diet at first… guess who's laughing now? Did some blood studies and my levels are all top notch.

  11. I’m 5,3 ..155.6lbs my goal weight is around 120-130lbs. I lost 8.4 pounds in January. Everyday I try to walk at least 10000 steps. I mostly drink water and sparkling water. When it comes to what I eat I mostly eat salad, yogurt, fruits. Than I crave sometimes which sucks. Im gonna try and start doing a keto. I’m hoping I can get to 130-140 around May. I’ll tell the results in the end of February or beginning of March. Wish me luck!
    Okkkkk I’m back lol so I went from 155.6 to 146.4. I lost almost 10 pounds. I’m really happy with the results but I don’t recommend this diet to everyone. You’ll have to have the time to buy the stuff and how to cook them and what stuff you even need to buy. I would recommend around summer or any break.
