  1. Help. Cant workout for month, back injury. Just stretches and bit of abs. Can i decrease bf (target=16%) and SPECIALLY maintain muscle mass? I’m 42yo, 175cm, 73kg, 21.5%bf. Keto? Fasting? Calorie count?

  2. I do fasting and only eat breakfast at 12pm and dinner at 6pm because I don’t like to be thinking what food to do for dinner so I just skip lunch and it’s better now i feel so happy and completely ????????????????

  3. yes just walk for 4 hours who goes to work anyways.. these dietitians sometimes forget that not everyone is that fucken rich..

  4. Yeah, trust me this is not an excuse, but I do NOT have time to walk 3-4 hours in the morning.wouldnt jogging / running burn more fat anyways ? Like If I just start jogging a mile in the morning, could I just do that instead?

  5. So I should eat for 6hrs and fast for 18hrs but in those 6hrs should we keep on eating or control it

  6. Had the weird feeling like I was on drugs earlier, a pleasant high. Been on this keto with IF routine for one month, seems like I'm just starting to get used to it, suffered a lot with insomnia, constipation and stress for most of the first month.
