  1. Another man who got keto all wrong. Keto for 5 years and LOVING it! I draw your attention, Cardio-Rob, to "Nitrogen isotopes and the trophic level of humans in archaeology" by Robert Hedges and Linda Reynard. Please note, people, that when you expand your knowledge beyond epidemiology (which cannot prove a damn thing) and look at what is actually found by actual scientists (which doctors are not) you make fewer 'mistakes'. The Randle cycle activated over the course of years will slowly kill you. What activates it is mixing fats and carbs – essentially putting both diesel and gasoline in the same fuel tank – and it is the triglycerides formed by doing so that gives one diabetes, CVD CHD, PCOS, gout, hypertension, PAD, NAFLD, Dementia, Alzheimer's, cancer, atherosclerosis, obesity and all of the other diseases/conditions of Metabolic Syndrome. Go study Pathological physiology, Dr. Rob, and its interplay with nutrition and STOP LYING about what the Absolute outcomes of studies (you didn't actually cite) show. The latest 7th Day Adventists study purporting to show that eating meat kills humans was hilariously wrong – compare each quintile's mortality rate and you will discover that those who ate meat lived longer. Then in their conclusion they stated "those who ate more meat lived shorter lives" – an outright, bold-faced lie. Must be all the lack of B12.

  2. No effin way. My family ate very low fat. My mom was a stickler. This is the largest unofficial study of all time. Millions have died spiking their blood sugar. Plant based and keto is not mutually exclusive btw.

  5. I get allergic rhinitis and gerd when I eat any kind of plant based food and that leads to sleep apnea for me .and ruins my sleep for weeks
    Only thing that helps is a carnivore diet ..
    I wanna be able to eat fruits again ..I miss eating them ..
    Somebody help me plz ..

  6. How does eating fat make you get a fatty liver? I thought that NAFLD was caused by eating too much sugar! Eat fresh food, everything in moderation and live well.

  8. Funny then that babies are born in ketosis and so long as they're breast fed remain so. Also funny that non-oxidized or glycated LDL is associated with living longer and not with heart disease. High HDL and low triglycerides are ideal, but vegan diets lower HDL and raise triglycerides… from the recent Cochrane research on Vegan diets:

    "there was moderate-certainty evidence from four trials with 449 participants that a vegan diet probably led to a small reduction in total cholesterol (mean difference (MD) −0.24 mmol/L, 95% confidence interval (CI) −0.36 to −0.12) and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol (MD −0.22 mmol/L, 95% CI −0.32 to −0.11), a very small decrease in high-density lipoprotein (HDL) levels (MD −0.08 mmol/L, 95% CI −0.11 to −0.04) and a very small increase in triglyceride levels (MD 0.11 mmol/L, 95% CI 0.01 to 0.21).   10. The keto diet tells you not to eat really nutritious foods like carrots and sweet potatoes. What? That's crazy. We should be more concerned about eating vegetables that are genetically modified (GMO's) than worried about getting a few too many carbs. Keto diets always push extra oils in your diet which many vegan docs don't recommend you eat at all. I'd guess Keto is industry funded BS. You can't go wrong with a plant based diet. Natural foods just make sense. These diets prey on the desperate, young and inexperienced. Many times just telling ppl what they want to hear. Like hey you can still eat bacon and cheese.

    High Fat Carnivore……is PROFOUNDLY more NUTRIENT DENSE then all the foods he kept talking about

    Its NOT about types of foods…..its about complete NUTRIENTS in ones diet
    Human Beings…..ate a High Fat…..moderate Protein….very limited carbs…diet for 100,000s of thousands of years

    HIGH FAT CARNIVORE……..ROCKS

  12. I lived in Greenland. I can tell you the Inuit eating a traditional fish and meat diet are not and never were healthy nor long living.
