  1. Stay away from the keto diet, that shit can kill you… It is only meant to be done under doctor supervision. If you want something that works and isn't dangerous, I recommend the Agoge diet plan… worked great for me 🙂

  2. My only regret is not trying the Agoge diet earlier, very good results. Keto really ruined me for a couple of weeks before that.

  3. 1. Not a fad diet. It has been around for well over a century. 2. It is completely sustainable if you eat foods you enjoy. 3. The keto diet is the most studied diet out there. It has a much stronger science based evidence for longer term health than the usda diet and things that are proven to contribute to poor health outcomes like breads and sugar moderation diets. Every time you hear a doctor say that there are no long term studies, ask him or her what diet out there does and what are the outcomes.

I mean let’s face it, the food tastes yummy. There are things like: beef and broccoli, salmon and spinach or asparagus, steak and salad, eggs and peppers, protein pancakes, berries and whole milk yogurt, sausage and eggs, nuts, seeds, avocados and taco salad, tuna salad, coleslaw and chicken…

  4. This is not diet, keto is a lifestyle, the same as being a vegetarian, vegan.
Please show us proof that keto is bad for health.

  5. Only because they can't make money from the healing that this diet does. My brother had many health problems and heart problems. His dr advised against it but he did it anyways. No he is off all those meds lost weight no longer has pain in his hands or body, also no heart burn and many other problems have gone away. These dr are against it because they can't make money from you if your healthy.

  6. “Doctor Sam Pak introduced me to a little bit of amazing research on the basis of ancient eastern traditions that have made the Asian world one of the most healthy and even longest lived locations in the world,” Learn more here https://tinyurl.com/ya6wzm4v

  7. I had an uncle that smoked, drank and ate all the wrong foods in excess. He was grossly overweight and feeling poorly all the time. Then he started the keto diet. Four months after he started keto he suddenly died. He
was hit by a bus. Just saying…..

  8. OH MY GOD, Keto saved my husband's life…. He had a quadruple bypass in 2013 we switched over to veganism but had a heart attack after being a VEGETARIAN for 6 years. We switched over to KETO and everything changed within 15 days of the switch over. Blood workup went normal, type 2 diabetes went away with MANY MORE PROBLEMS clearing up. His Cardiologist was amazed and side if he did not know him he would think that there was NOTHING WRONG with him. This guy above is all FACK NEWS. if you would like to see the story of someone that is living as a Keto person you need to go to UCRogyDm46jk_A9XHdTxcZcg (Loving It On Keto ) or you can go see the video "Keto Saved My Husbands Life" at this link = https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Ns6VYVDcJ0&t=495s It is one of my first videos so don't expect to much, just the story of how it helped.

  9. lol. this video is just silly… it is obvious the channel doing the reporting is sponsored by major food sponsors who sell carbage. You do KETO and have your own doctor compare your stats before and after and even your doctor will become a convert… It is an old respected way of eating that has always been healthy and the food companies hate when their market sheep give up bad carbs and begin to eat healthy (as in a Keto way of life)

  10. I have been keto and IF for 2 years. When I started I lost 50 lbs of fat in a few months. I have kept it off easily and happily. My doctor says my blood work looks great. I feel wonderful and healthy. This is not an extreme diet. It is not a fad. It is a lifestyle change.

Ignorant, biased, one sided propaganda stories like this are doing more harm than good. There is a mountain of credible scientific evidence in favor of the efficacy and safety of the ketogenic diet. I have to believe this story was created with an agenda.
