  1. the recipes look so easy and delicious, giving the keto thing a go on the 1st Aug, love roo, i'm Australian as well.

  2. as a female, aged around 30-40, I definitely lost weight on 1800. I lifted weights and I did do a ton of walking (pushing a stroller). It wasn't keto, but I did lose weight at a rate of 1/2 kilo a week for a very long time.
