  8. Hi Ginger, You are not perfect, but I do like your explanations. No bs, simply, and clearly. The issues you connect with one another very well.
    So what that I may know say 90% of it, I can still learn. Thanks for a clear and simple explanation. Being a professional, I am sometimes lost. Whatever reating regime you choose, you will surely find a scientific research claiming it is not healthy. It all cannot be so. Therefore it is mostly the opinion.
    Since you do this, you are geared to research and testing. Can you explain to me/us the puzzle I have. Keto is an extreme way to live, as another extreme is vegetarian or vegan. I have tried but not sure if I've succeeded. Now I am looking for the practical method of how to get into ketosis. I've watched years ago Attia. My point is that no problem with a good fats, but we need vitamins and minterals and they tend to be mainly in veggies and fruits. I am basically asking for a balance. I do use niacin 500mg in tablets but it is regular not slow. Now I try vit c. Can you tell us about the balance? ALso my hypothesis is that keto is an extreme, so it must be some rational limitation of the longevity on it. thanks
