This keto recipe I can have as a meal almost daily. Damn delicious and damn easy. And the best part is one can enjoy the same recipe in 4 ways. So do try this super easy & super tasty keto cottage cheese recipe. Enjoy!!!

Preparation Time: 5 minsMarination & soaking time: 1 hrCooking time: 5 mins

Step 1Dried Red chillies 4-5Hot water 1/4 cupStep 2Paneer 200gSalt 1/2 tspRed chilli powder 1/2 tsp Ginger-garlic paste 1 tspStep 3Oil 1 tbspGreen chilli 2-3Ginger slices 8-9garlic 3-4 podsCapsicum 150gOnion 1 smallSalt 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder 1/2 tspcoconut amino/soy sauce 1 tbspCoriander leaves Black pepper powder 1/2 tspThai red chilli to garnishMethodSoak dry less spicy red chillies in hot water for 1 hour.In a mixing bowl add in all the ingredients and mix it gently.Let it marinate for 1/2 hour.Now heat a pan.Add oil to it.Add green chillies diagonally cuts into it.Add the sliced ginger pieces, saute them. Add finely chopped garlic into it and saute.Add the marinated paneer and saute for few minutes.Add in the capsicum and onion and saute. Add the coconut amino/soya sauce and saute for a few minutes on high flame.Add salt and black pepper powder and saute.And it is done.Serve hot on a plate.Enjoy!!!!
