This amazing pork tenderloin recipe is inspired by the Greek souvlaki and it’s one of my favorite recipes from Greek cuisine. It will take a while to cook it but rest assured that you’ll have an amazing dinner to impress your friends and loved ones.

As you already know intuitively, the secret for making this tasty Greek Pork Tenderloin recipe lays in the ingredients used to marinate the meat. The lemon juice and the red wine vinegar will tender it while keeping it juicy and full of flavor.

Also, a super important tip is to not rush into making it: mix the marinade ingredients with the meat in the evening and let it rest in the refrigerator overnight.I also suggest making your own Greek Seasoning, just to make sure it doesn’t contain sugars (instructions included below).

You can serve it as a stand-alone dish, or you can let yourself be inspired by these 38 Hearty Keto Salad Recipes that would make it even greater!
