Yes I eat butter, oils, fried bacon and losing weight because my body thinks I'm dying of hunger and it's releasing ketons into my bloodstream, the healthy way with no long term sideffects whatsoever… btw all the people promoting keto or atkins are either selling you a pill or a book and are not actual clinical doctors.

  3. Come on you can do better than this! At least get your facts rights. Read Dr Jason Fung's books or free videos. Don't lecture people like a constipated cow!

  4. The doctors like you are making people sick, do more study or go check out dr. Paul mason videos on you tube on various topic like keto/low-carb/ saturated fats etc.

  6. Completely misleading advise. You are outdated or biased. You really need to update your knowledge with the latest research on nutrition. Keto ‘diet’ is not a diet it is a ‘lifestyle’ and weight-loss is only one of the myriad benefits of it. This is the only science and evidence based diet. It improves your overall health including cardiovascular health, brain health, reverse diabetes, metabolic health and autoimmune decease among others. The list goes on and on. And saturated fats are actually the healthiest fats and polyunsaturated are the worst. Saturated fats have beef demonized and taken blame for smoking. So instead of misguiding people and your patients you should go research and try keto yourself for 2-6 months before making an opinion.
    Anybody watching this video please educate yourself before making up your mind. I have been on keto for one year and never felt better. So go learn.

    Refined unsaturated and saturated fats, so called heart healthy oils are bad for health.

    WHERE IN THE WORLD YOU MENTION TAT CARBS ARE THROWN OUT OF THE WINDOWS !!!!!???? UTTER BULLSHIT !!!!!!

    HIGH PROTEIN IS EVEN MORE FUN TO EAT……SALMON, EGGS, AVOCADO,
    CHIA SEEDS, ALMONDS, PEANUT BUTTER, EDAMAME, GREEK YOGURT
    MOZZARELLA CHEESE……ARE THESE HEALTHY FOOD OR NOT ????

  10. Many thanks, been searching for "good food to eat on a low carb diet" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about – Ronaliana Future Falbala – (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my friend got cool results with it.

  13. you need to update your knowledge. I'm a dietitian, I thought the same, but the research is strong on the benefits of the keto lifestyle.
