Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

  1. I've done this before but I was really busy so I decided to quit and I'm starting AGAIN.😍
    day 1✅its been hard fr and my favorite one is where you have to touch your ankles its the easiest one for me

  2. so im like genuinely upset with my weight. im 5’5 and i want a flat stomach (not abs) and slim thighs. my thighs are thicker, and my tummy is chubby and i hate it. i struggle with motivation and like i want to lose weight so bad. i heard that if you lose tummy fat, your thighs slim up… is this true?

  3. I’m 21 and 5’4. I weigh 226 because being a mother I barely get me time but instead of napping when he does I changed it to working out. Today is officially day 1.

  8. No hate Lily but I’ve been doing this for ages and I have not seen results I have done Chloe tings work out for a week and I have seen results and it hasn’t even been two weeks yet.
