  1. Which is more effective? Doing 2 sets of exercise in alternative days(meaning-if I do exercise for leg 2 sets today then tomorrow will be covering 2 sets of upper body exercise and the next day again 2 sets of leg ) OR doing 1set (covering leg,upper body etc) every single day..

  2. I’m on my day 6th, I’ll update you guys when I reach 14 days

    Update: This doesn’t work for 2 weeks.. I am a skinny dude with a little belly fat and side fat and it doesn’t work. I’ll keep on trying this workout till I get the results that I want and let you guys know how long it took me to get rid of them fatty fats! #FuckFats
