  2. Today is my first day on keto. I want to lose 45 pounds. I currently weight 175 after having my first child in June. I haven't lost any baby weight but it's okay!

  8. Just after I done the research about this 4WeightLossDiet.blogspot.com dietary regimen which was referred by a mate who also shed fat, I dropped about 9 pounds also. Anways, i do think it aided improve that weight loss and also fat-burning. I have realized at this point I am eating healthy. .
