  1. Low Carb diets – whether Atkins, Keto, Paleo, etc – are not healthy in the long-term. Science/evidence is clear on this. The main driver behind increased energy, muscle growth and true health, inside and out, in the long-term is one rich in complex carbohydrates not protein or fat.

  2. hey ,if anyone else wants to discover new atkins diet plan try Voneyton Uncontrollable Progression (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my brother in law got amazing results with it.

  3. The blonde is hot but she has crazy stalker ex girlfriend eyes and seems like she’s really into astrology

  4. Listen when we are talking about Rob Lowe, we need to attribute 98% of the way he looks to genetics. This man is a stud.

  5. What is Custokebon Secrets? Does it work? I hear most people burn their fat with this popular lose weight secrets.

  6. It's great to see that Lowe went from a hard partying alcoholic in his younger days to a sober, health conscious professional. I'm proud of him.
BTW, Oz tried to make a fool out of Gary Taubes. He needs to apologize to Gary on the show. Funny how Gary Taubes, not a doctor ended up being smarter that Dr Oz…

  7. diets dont work yall. just dont eat processed foods and youll be fine. too much of anything is always a bad thing. but exercise and natural food. thats it thats the secret.
