IngredientsColoured lettuce leaves 1 cupMint leaves 1/4 cupRed capsicum 1/4 cup Basil leaves 1/4 cup Spring Onions 1/4 cup Mangoes 1.5 cupCooked Rice 1/4 cupPeanuts crushed 1/2 cupRed chilli flakes 1/2 tspLemon juice 1 tbspSalt 1/2 tsp

MethodIn a big mixing bowl, add in all the ingredients one by one and give a magic mix. Enjoy!!!
