  1. Great video. Here is what is missing. What percentage of total calories (range?) is from carbs in slow carb diet? And if I have eat slow carb breakfast and lunch but keto dinner, and then fast for 16 hours, would I be in Ketosis for some time? Approximately how long?

  2. the claim of too much protein interfering with ketosis has been disproven. all else was very speculative. i utilized slow carbs for a first step, then lowered them continuously. go for it. but don't get discouraged to attempt full keto.

Yes, I too am guilty of jumping through diet plan to others as well, I think that I need to have tested every single weight loss system that was available, but in the end not one of them made it easier for me to lose and keep the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time with the Okibetonic Secrets simply because my cousin who told me great things about it and so far to date I've effectively dropped 19 lbs within 4 weeks!

  6. When it comes to eating healthy, you must never fall victim to modern fad diets. Extreme diet plans are a danger for your health, especially ones that seriously limit your everyday nutritional intake. Many of these fad diets work for a short time period and then the benefits decrease after a while. You should look up Okibetonic Secrets on the google search engine as it isn't just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

Well put it this way both will be amazing as long as you eat a lot of protein and no sugar and not much fat on a keto diet ( it keto fats basically become your carbs so you need them but unless you are doing keto they are bad for you and can effect your muscle growth ). Theoretically as long as you eat a lot of protein ( meat, eggs, cheese, vegetables, nuts, protein yogurts/bars/shakes etc ) and no sugar and low amounts of fat that should be a fine diet. Keto is amazing for muscle growth but is not good for your insides due to the amount of fat you are consuming. It can lead to cancer, blood clot, heart failure and believe it or not fat is the main cause of diabetes not sugar. Low carb can be just as bad but due to the fact you don’t need fats I would go for that. Put it this way, as long as you cut out sugars, cut the fat of meats and get things like lactose free milk, you use fry light in your pan, low carb is amazing, you can still eat all the salmon, chicken and steak you want in the world but can do it knowing it is a lot better ( not perfect ) for your insides

  10. Quick Slow Carb Diet Question!
    Can I eat 5 meals a day as long as they’re spaced out by 4 hours each? I’m up at 5am, breakfast by 5:30am. If I eat every 4 hours, I could have a 5th meal at 9:30pm, and I’m often hungry at that hour. May I eat a 5th meal or should I not? My meals are chicken breast, fat free refried beans, fresh cabbage and salsa, every meal. Plus a pint of cottage cheese every other day. May I eat that 5th meal if I’m hungry?

  13. Slow-carb diet is garbage. I tried the 4-Hour Body for rapid weight loss and gained weight. The cheat day is idiotic … eating beans makes you gain weight … all the advice in this is garbage.
