Stretching is so important before and after a workout. The ‘world’s greatest’ stretch is a combination of two different stretches that helps stretch both the upper body and the lower body. The stretch is essentially a deep lunge and a twist, while doing a hamstring stretch. The stretch is also very beneficial for the body because it can relieve stress and pain from parts of the body.

Many people perform this stretch incorrectly, so I give advice on the common mistakes people make when doing this stretch and how to do it correctly.
