  1. I eat keto. It is great. But olive oil is not good for deep frying at high temperatures. Please research n correct this.

  2. My Dr told me broccoli isn't a true veggie. It's made in a odd way. Have you heard this ?

    stomach….i can't seem to digest these foods&yes i
    Do chew my foods properly
    B4i swallow it..idk why
    ONLY these foods don't agree with me(kiwi,berries

    CHIA SEEDS are worse!!!!)

  5. I haven't had sugar or carbs in like six weeks, cravings for them are gone, I'm learning more and more everyday and being in ketosis gives me the energy I need to keep up with my kids. I don't need as much sleep at night and fasting 16:8 gives me the mental clarity I need for our busy mornings. Lol I know this sounds like an ad, it's not. I'm just a regular mom. These videos give me motivation and help me when I get the late night munchies

  6. My husband has high cholesterol and is pre diabetic. His doctor suggested keto. We have both been on it for about a week. Should he eat eggs with his cholesterol being high?
