Vrat/Upwas No Bake Healthy Granola Bars In 2 Ways

Fox nuts Fudge/Granola Bar
Foxnuts roasted 30g
Sunflower seed 30g
Honey 1/4 cup
Peanut butter 100g
Nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp
- In a chopper or food processor add a
- Pulse or crumble the foxnuts sunflower seed and pumpkin seeds in a food processor or chopper
- Take this out in a big bowl.
- Now again in the chopper/ food processor add the seedless dates & honey and pulse it to form a paste.
- Now take out 1 tsp of each and keep it aside for later use.
- Now to the big bowl, add in the dates and honey paste.
- Add the nutmeg powder.
- Add the peanut butter
- Give it a magic mix.
- Take a tray with rim and line it with butter paper.
- Grease the butter paper.
- Drop the mixture over the butter paper.
- Press it and spread out to take the 0shape of the tin.
- Press it hard with the help of a spatula.
- Now sprinkle the dry mix kept aside over the pressed mixture.
- Again press it with the spatula.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours take it out.
- Demould it.
- Cut into squares.
- Store in an airtight box.
- Line a 8inch square tin with butter paper and grease it.
- Keep it aside
- In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients of step 1 and mix it thoroughly.
- In a big bowl add in all the warmed ingredients and give it a magic mix.
- Drop the dry ingredients mix into the wet ingredient bowl and mix it thoroughly.
- Now take out this mix in the greased tin.
- And press it hard, removing any air, and pack it so that it forms an even layer.
- Refrigerate it in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Take it out and cut into desired shapes of 8/12/16.
- Serve and Enjoy.
- Store it in an airtight container.
