  2. The crazy part is, that you can lose lots of weight eating eggs and bacon for first two meals and meat and broccoli for dinner. He made a great point in that eating all that high fat food is not bad, as long as you exercise and don't eat processed fat or carbs. If you minimally exercise your body will use the fat as fuel and in theory will not clog your arteries. My blood pressure even feels better on this diet along with my heartburn that i had.

  9. you forgot the most important aspect of the diet…portion control. eating all that fat and meat is high calorie. you can easily eat 2000-3000 calories on keto. your body still needs to burn that caloric intake. when will it get to burning the stored fat then? also, cauliflower and avocado are not low carb. dont fall for the net carb scam. this diet is not hard for normal people, but its very difficult for t2 diabetics who have a hard time getting their glucose levels below 100 mg/dL, which is when ketogenesis kicks in. they have to train their minds to eat smaller portions and keep their blood sugar STEADY under 100 mg/dL.
